Rustic Haven Creative

Digital Products Only

Thank you for supporting Rustic Haven Creative! All products sold through our website are digital downloads, including original artwork, clipart, and digital design files. No physical products will be shipped.

Digital Downloads & All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all digital download sales are final once the files have been delivered or made available for download.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or failure to review product descriptions and file compatibility before purchasing.

Problems With Your Download

We want you to have a positive experience with your purchase!

If you receive an incorrect file, experience a corrupted download, or encounter a technical problem accessing your purchased files, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing technical assistance, correcting the file, or supplying a replacement download when appropriate.

Before Purchasing

Please carefully review each product listing, including the file formats, design details, and intended uses.

Customers are responsible for confirming that purchased files are compatible with their software, equipment, and intended projects.

Digital Artwork Licensing

Purchasing a digital file grants you permission to use the artwork according to the applicable license. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original artwork.

Please review our Digital Artwork License & Terms of Use before purchasing or using our designs.

Exceptions & Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, remedy, or consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If a refund is required by law or approved by Rustic Haven Creative, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
